Requirements:

-          Senior Java Developer with 8 years  minimum experience

-          Heavy Financial Background.  This must be heavy and current. 

-          Multithreading  - Must be an Expert.  This is the key niche skill required.

-          Swing,  5+ years minimum experience

Must have great communication skills
