Our Oakland, CA client is looking to bring on a talented Sr. UI Developer who can partner with the product team to understand the product vision and requirements. Come join the team and design, implement, and support the development of web-based application projects.

 

In this role, you'll take your experience to guide the frameworks, direction, design and interaction models for the overall suite of systems. Working with the engineering team, you'll be ensuring the highest quality product can be delivered.

What you'll get to do:

Write high-quality code that aligns with internal coding standards

Coordinate with lead engineers to craft technical designs

Design, implement, and unit test client-side UIs

Maintain best practices for both code and development changes

Assist in the design and architecture of application suite

Be on the Scrum team and join in on stand-up meetings

 

Must have knowledge:

8+ years UI front-end development experience

JavaScript (Isomorphic Smart client, BackboneJS, Angular JS, RequireJS)

HTML Templates (Mustache, Handlebars) & CSS 

Experience designing and executing responsive web applications

JavaScript Unit Testing (Jasmine, Jest)

REST, JSON, and APIs

Agile

 

Nice to have:

BS / BA in applicable field
