Job Title: Webservices Project Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 6-12 Months
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• WS/Rail Engine implementation projects: Manage from A to Z GSAs Webservices and rail Engine projects, provide trainings, update the workshops documentation on the flow, follow up GSAs questions and needs.
• New products: Coordinate the launch of new products, follow up with GSAs to extend theWebservices usages
• Coordination of promotion products on Webservices
System Improvement
• Key contact for GSAs that are using Webservices via our CRM
• Following-up corrections with IT providers
• UAT management
• Cases follow up and reporting
Skills
For this position we are looking for someone with the following profile:
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• With at least 5 years of experience
• Knowledge in Web technologies (XML, SOAP, HTTP, PHP, .NET…)
• Coordination skills
• Fluent in English, another language appreciated
• Able to work autonomously in an international environment
• Having good interpersonal skills to communicate with multiple Partners
• Strong problem-solvingskills
• Background in travel industry or tourism appreciated
