Job Title: Project Manager(With PMP Certification)

Long term

 

Waterfall Methodology

PMP certification is mandatory

• Comprehend, use and improve organizational project policies and procedures

• Establish and maintain project quality by adhering to time, scope and

 

cost outlined for the project

• Develop project baselines and monitor project performance to the baselines

• Identify tasks and lead the team to procure materials required to meet

 

the project scope

• Confirm that the project charter clearly defines the project scope,

 

success criteria, assumptions and constraints

• Identify and document project risks and issues throughout the life of

 

the project

• Assist in the process to identify, request and secure project team

 

resources

• Serve as focal point for project communications internal to the BIS

 

Group including; escalation and resolution of project risks and issues, weekly status reports and project gate reviews

• Develop and present project briefings including project status reports,

 

milestone reviews and gate reviews

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,

 

Engineering, Business Management or related field

• PMP certification required

• Experience applying Project Management methodologies like Stage-Gate,

 

DMAIC and

• Design for Six Sigma

• Strong communication skills
