Job Description :
• 12+ years of experience with hands-on experience in BI Development/Data
Integration/Data Modeling
• Experience in design or development of enterprise data solutions, applications, and
integrations
• Good exposure on quick understanding of new data sources.
• Solid exposure on investigation and through analysis
• Experience in Detailed investigations of Product information
• Sound knowledge of data modeling to get the source systems to play together nicely
• Hands on experience in writing SQL, doing cohort analysis, comparative analysis, etc.
• Expertise with business intelligence solutions & advanced data visualization skills
using Qlik Sense
• Experience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and
solving business questions with data
• Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Marts and reporting objects such as
facts, dimensions, relationships, hierarchies, and calculations.
• Coordinate with different business units & schedule interviews
• Create mapping documents for each business unit & respective analytics
environments/apps.
• Perform data analysis & data profiling using SQL to validate requirements.
• Prepare source to target mapping document for reporting & ETL team
• Participate in design reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined
project goals and requirements
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key partners in Sales, Sales
Operations, Customer Succes, Finance and Marketing teams
• Participate in data strategy and roadmap exercises, business intelligence/data
warehouse product selection, design, and implementation
• Partner with SMEs to analyze data sets and define requirements for delivering new
data to business partners
• Interfaces with analytics development teams to validate test results for new
applications verifying that they meet the requirements of the business group.
• Develop and update a project plan/task list and keep all parties updated on progress
• Analyze source system APIs, data schema, and data profiles to define what is possible
• Involve in Technical Project Management, Project planning &Tracking using Agile
process/Scrum methodology
• Manage Project execution using Agile Scrum methodology, perform sprint planning
& drive daily standups of Global delivery team
• Manage & execute sprint scope using Jira as well Confluence
• Manage work break down of features/scenarios into user stories
• Manage the prioritization & ranking of Qlik Aps/reports for migration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Exposure on PROD support activities with Data Engineering and exploratory work
