Turnberry is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Global Fortune 50 Healthcare client. Working within the Supply Chain Technology – compliance, quality and labs organization, the senior business analyst will be engaged on a Data project focused on enhancing current data metrics. The BA will need to have proven experience working on data analytics projects to support the effort of pulling in quality data from various systems for reporting purposes. This BA will have core business analysis responsibilities as outlined below. In addition, we are seeking a resource who has experience in data & analytics projects. They will be responsible for decomposing a product backlog, defining the business rules related to complex data sets to help with KPI creation, and have a strong understanding of the SDLC and the players involved in the process.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
 Business requirements management and development:
 Create detailed business requirements and/or user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
 Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, users and technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs
 Determine which approaches would ensure complete understanding by downstream stakeholders as well as business and stakeholders of the requirements including use cases and/or user stories, visualization, mapping and other rRDM/SDLC requirement artifacts, including use of baseline framework to map business process flows
 Detailed documentation of confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
 Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required.
 Prepare and update traceability matrix
 Writes, manages and clarifies detailed user stories and may develop use cases for complex requirements
 Acts a liaison between IT project team and the business community
 Facilitate team interaction as well as foster strong IT business relationships
 Assists in the planning and development of system testing procedures.
 Assists in user acceptance testing and may assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied.
 
Qualifications:
 
 5+ years of hands-on IT business analysis experience, preferably in an enterprise environment across multiple teams and business information systems
 Supply chain project experience is requirement,
 Must have Agile methodology experience and writing user stories with JIRA
 Must have experience working with Tableau and/or Qlik from a functional standpoint
 Experience with data & analytics projects is required; should have good understanding of gathering data requirements and business rules for KPI creation.
 Experience developing user requirements/user stories are required
 Supply chain procurement experience is preferred
 Experience with product backlog decomposition is preferred
