Analyst 1 (One):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The Analyst candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience applying analytical processes on Information Technology (IT) Projects involving the design, development / configuration, implementation and deployment of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies have been applied
2. The Analyst must have a minimum of two (4) years' experience in an Agile project to facilitate the development of the Product Vision, Product Roadmap, User Stories, Release Plans, and Sprint Plans with the Product Owner, Product Manager, and Architecture Owner.
3. The Analyst must have at least one (2) year experience using Jira or Octane software to create and manage product and sprint backlog.
4. The Analyst must have at least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product.
Solution Architect 1 (One):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The Solution Architect must have at least two (2) years of experience leading the development on at least two (2) Agile software projects.
2. The Solution Architect must have four (4) years of experience in a lead capacity working on IT projects managing the design, development / configuration, implementation, and deployment of a custom or a COTS solution. The Solution Architect must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in design and programming using Microsoft .Net.
3. The Solution Architect must have at least four (4) years of experience maintaining multiple development and test environments in an automated fashion, leveraging off-the-shelf tools and scripting/programming.
4. The Solution Architect must have at least four (4) years of experience automating software builds to support continuous integration, using a centralized configuration management strategy. At least two (2) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Infor Public Sector Asset Programmer 2 (Two):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
- The Asset Programmer must have at least five (5) years of experience developing and supporting technical solutions using Microsoft .Net (VB.Net or C#.Net). Two (2) of these years must be in a lead capacity.
- The Asset Programmer must have at least three (3) years of Infor Asset Management experience, involving configuration and support for customers utilizing the IPS Asset Management, Incident, Inventory, Service Requests and Work Management functionality in Infor IPS v11 and higher.
- The Asset Programmer must have at least two (2) years of experience developing software as part of an Agile project team meeting Sprint "Definition of Done" criteria.
- The Asset Programmer must have at least one (1) year experience implementing applications using an Oracle database.
Infor Public CDR Support Programmer 1 (One):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The CDR Programmer must have at least five (5) years of experience developing and supporting technical solutions using Microsoft .Net (VB.Net or C#.Net). Two (2) of these years must be in a lead capacity.
2. The CDR Programmer must have at least three (3) years of experience configuring and implementing licensing and permitting applications for customers using IPS CDR v11 or higher.
3. The CDR Programmer must have at least two (2) years of experience developing software as part of an agile project team meeting Sprint "Definition of Done" criteria.
4. The CDR Programmer must have at least one (1) year of experience with Infor Rhythm for Civics to implement public facing permit or licensing.
5. The CDR Programmer must have Credit Card payment processing integration experience with payment gateway services such as First Data or Elavon.
6. The CDR Programmer must have at least one (1) year experience implementing applications using an Oracle database.
7. Desirable: • Adobe Web Services, AEM, AdobeSign • GIS
Programmer 2 (Two):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The Programmer must have at least five (5) years of experience developing and supporting technical solutions using Microsoft .Net (VB.Net or C#.Net). Two (2) of these years must be in a lead capacity.
2. The Programmer must have at least two (2) years of experience developing software as part of an Agile project team meeting Sprint "Definition of Done" criteria.
3. The Programmer must have at least one (1) year experience implementing applications using an Oracle database.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Lead 1 (One):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The QA/QC lead must have a total of five (5) years QA/QC management experience that includes work in at least two different projects or efforts.
2. The QA/QC lead must experience managing User Acceptance Testing with a geographically diverse user community.
3. The QA/QC lead must experience developing software using a test-driven development approach building and maintaining automated tests.
4. The QA/QC lead must experience maintaining requirements and test cases using Microfocus ALM.
Training Lead / Content Developer 1 (One):
Staff Mandatory Qualifications (SMQs)
1. The Training Lead must have five (5) years or more experience working on an IT project developing and delivering training on new web-based applications.
2. The Training Lead must have three (3) years recent and demonstrable strong analytical skills and experience in eLearning.
3. The Training Lead must have developed a training team via "train the trainer" methods.
4. The Training Lead must have experience developing guides, materials, websites, etc. for both instructor-led and online learning courses.
