Position: Citrix NetScaler Engineer -L3
Location: Oklahoma city, OK or Remote
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler Devices
- Provide ADC Design, engineering and advanced troubleshooting.
- To manage Citrix ADC platform to provide service availability.
- Add/Delete VIP's, service groups and services for application load balancing requirements.
- Managing new or renewal of existing SSL certificate bindings
- Work with a application team to troubleshoot load balancing issues
- Demonstrate expertise with citrix ADC and implement load balancing best practices\act as the point of contact for citrix escalations and identify any required upgrades.
- Work with application teams while troubleshooting application issues from a network load balancer perspective.
- Understanding of how application architecture within the network load balancer perspective
- Provide support for incoming citrix ADC tickets in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Communicate effectively with cross functional team members.
- Perform other duties relevant to project team as assigned.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- To take actions to guarantee service availability.
- To execute and document internal procedures to comply with all the certification and security policies.
- To be able to work independently with good decision making, as well as with a local and global team.
