Position: Healthcare Business Analyst with Mainframe

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6 months plus

Rate: DOE

 

Years of experience 6+ years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA

 

Skills (Mandatory):

·         At least 5-6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Consultant in US healthcare payer (Health Insurance) industry

·         Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, elicitation, UAT and system testing for US based payers 

·         Strong core competencies in areas of Benefits administration, Membership, Billing and AR, Claims adjudication & Payment, Medical Management and payer financials 

·         Possess strong communication, writing and inter-personal abilities, including skills such as attitude, diplomacy and persuasiveness, analytical ability and strong judgment  

·         Ability to work effectively with US based clients and large offshore teams

 

Skills (Preferred):

·         Certified PAHM

·         Worked for a large payer (BCBS/Aetna/Cigna etc) on Mainframe environment
