Job Title: Database Administrator - Oracle III (Advanced)

Job Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Rate: $ 50 / hr

Length: 6 - 12 Months

 

Description: Qualifications:

Extensive development experience with Oracle PL/SQL Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture Performance tuning and optimization skills Ability to rapidly read, understand and improve existing code and schema architecture Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Biological knowledge and experience with genomic data is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Seeking an Oracle database admin / developer,. The position will involve working with large biological datasets in Oracle. The candidate will perform tuning and optimization, as well as develop new functionality.
