Position : EDI SUPPORT ANALYST 

Location :Raleigh, NC

Duration : 2-4 Month

Rate :  $32-33/hr corp to corp

 

-EDI Support 3-5 years minimum

-Great communication skills are crucial (9/10+)

-ANSI X12 standards

Our client, an extremely established company in Raleigh, is looking for EDI experts!! We currently have a contract position for an EDI Support Analyst!!! This is an opportunity to work on an exciting and growing team!!

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Support Analyst

General Duties:

The EDI Support Analyst will be responsible for EDI communications & map testing, Trading Partner Profile set-up, development and documentation of test plans and status reporting.

 

Under general direction provides support for EDI systems to include internal end users, internal IT support, trading partners (vendors and suppliers) and their technical teams. Responsible for maintaining EDI transaction activities, daily audit tracking, and trading partner performance reporting.

 

Experience:

·         Minimum 3 years EDI Support

·         EDI Certification Process Planning

·         Oracle eBusiness Suite is a plus

·         WebSphere Partner Gateway (WPG) (a huge plus)

 

Knowledge/Skills Required:

·         Must have EDI Support experience with ANSI X12 (810,850,856)

·         Must have effective communication skills with groups and at individual level coupled with an ability to solve problems and identify strategies for process improvement. 

·         Must have professional appearance & demeanor

·         Must have analytical skills with ability to critically evaluate data from multiple sources.

·         EDI communications & transaction problem resolution 

·         Must have willingness and ability to Rotates support to cover EDI related systems 24X7

·         Must have the ability to Interact with IT managers, Developers, Systems Analyst, DBA's, other Business Analysts, Testing Coordinators and IT Directors.

·         Confidentiality required- Extensive use of confidential data including Supplier List, and Supplier pricing, transaction data, A/P and A/R financial information, and banking information.

·         Nice to have- experience with WebSphere Partner Gateway tool
