Vice President of Planning & Development-Retail
Responsible for the development of overall strategic positioning and growth alternatives within the marketplace as well as strategic orientation toward existing and new market sectors. This position`s mission is to evaluate potential new markets for entry; evaluate other new strategic business opportunities; maintain an intimate knowledge of key competitors and each competitor`s unique strategic advantages and market perspective; and maintain knowledge of market environment and trends and how they affect performance strategy. This strategic thinking and analytical individual will be responsible for providing leadership in the evaluation of current and future initiatives focusing on analyzing consumer data and communicating analyses. This position requires an in depth knowledge of the U.S. retail environment and consumer products. Position represents Retail Division as part of Corporate Planning Department and reports to Sr. VP of Planning & Development.....
