Position Description:  Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 3-5 years experience.  

 

Serves as medium level Business Systems Consultant working on multiple concurrent initiatives to enhance an enterprise collections application serving both the technical team members and the business partners. In this role, you will be expected to conduct thorough analysis of the existing system, document detailed functionality and the business rules, create and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures on production support items.  Representative Duties: - Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, researching and resolving business problem. - Provide functionality support to end-users. - Provide subject matter expertise and business analysis in addressing complex projects and issues. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent leadership skills. - Ability to work independently or collaboratively. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Project life cycle knowledge. - Detail oriented. Technical Requirement!

 s: Must be familiar with one or more technologies: PL/SQL, SQL, Data Modeling, PL/SQL Developer IDE, Java, PowerBuilder, Perl
