Duration : 3 months

D.  Technical Skills Needed
Required Skills:         3+ years of SAS and Data Mining experience; Advanced SQL skills
Preferred Skills:         Knowledge of Customer subject area and CRM      
Years of  experience: 5+
 
E.  Soft  Skills Needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail. Must be a self-starter who can work independently or harmoniously with a team with little or no supervision.  Must have a sense of urgency, be extremely proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ablility to think outside of the box while remaining  customer focused.   Additionally,  must be able to lead efforts when necessary, be assertive, personable and persuasive and able to speak up and voice opinions/concerns.
