Position: Database Dev (SQL, Oracle, VB, .NET, SQL Server, PL/SQL, C#, Unix)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Corona, CA

 

 

Qualifications/Skills:

 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in the design, development and support of custom applications. (Preferably in the Contact Centers).
• Strong relational database experience.
• Must have experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Development experience in Application and Web Server technologies.
• Must have experience in designing/developing in VB, .NET, SQL Server, PL/SQL and C#
• Experience with Agile / Scrum practices strongly desired.
• UNIX / VB scripting experience desired
• Knowledge of policies, practices and systems.
• Ability to develop advanced concepts, techniques and standards.
• Preferred knowledge of the client's business across all infrastructure areas required.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles.
• Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work and communicate with clients, other IT staff, vendors, external partners, System Integrators etc.
• Ability to maintain standards, prioritize project work to meet customer's needs.
• Experience in implementing custom applications (CRM, BPM and other Contact Center application systems a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with limited supervision.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry/domain.
• Experience in Contact Center environment.
• Experience in the development and support of IVR applications.
• Familiarity with Mainframe, UNIX and Windows systems architecture.
• Familiarity with any of the clients applications is beneficial.
