Required skills and abilities:

·         Web services XSD's and WS Security

·         .NET development and integration using .NET framework

·         XML development & Implementation using ECF or NIEM standards

·         WebSphere Appl Server, J2EE, Web Tech-JSP, JavaScript, Java, EJB, Strut, DB2, JDB, HMT

·         Detailed Enterprise Architecture design-strategic

·         hands-on Object-oriented analysis, design, development

·         IBM Content Mgr, API Set, TAM/ WebSeal, development & integration of case & doc mgt

·         Data Power configuration & tuning

·         RDz & ECF & NIEM specifications incl. development of IEPD

·         XPOLog

 

Complete Description:
** A Background check is required and will be provided by the client.

·         The selected candidates must demonstrate cross-architecture platform integration experience in .NET client/server development and integration
with Content Manager API, using J2EE web services and CICS web services.

·         Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the following:

·         Setup resource definitions on CICS TS using RDz (Rational Developer for System z);

·         Configuring, administering, deploying and securing web services in CICS;

·         Establishing SSL and web service security and certificate exchange in DataPower;
Transaction management in service flow and in atomic transactions for straight-through processing;

·         Develop XSD and NIEM IEPDs to facilitate data exchange with external agencies;

·         Define, document, and implement the SOA strategy for enterprise architecture.

·         Certificate generation in DataPower and RACF and establishing secure web services integrated with TAM/WebSeal;

·         Developing, deploying web services using RDz;

·         Installation of PTF's and APAR's as required for integration;

·         CICS web services troubleshooting and reading and identifying problems from dump files;

·         Copybook transformation and mapping code to existing software components and XSD’s;

·         Develop/modify JCL and debugging programs.

·         Candidates must be experienced in the principles and practices of
integrating hardware and software components within existing multi-layered architecture platforms (Intel/Windows/VB.NET, pSeries/AIX/WAS, zSeries/ZOS/CICS).

·         Candidates will provide detailed technical work products for integration, which includes gap analysis, component design, package evaluation, work planning and allocation, operational modeling, support plans and documentation.

·         Experience with electronic filing, using the ECF and NIEM specifications, in court case management systems is a critical requirement.
