Primary Skills Sets:

Finance
• Ability to maintain discretion of sensitive information
• Ability to deal with distressed Finance Staff in a calm and
professional manner Strong work ethic with flexibility to work
irregular hours in order to meet financial service commitments
• Ability to apply finance and IT skills to solve business problems
3-5 years experience in Finance or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of all essential financial functions: Accounts
Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, Tax, Internal
Controls related to revenue and SOX compliance
• Understanding of financial transactions posted inessential
functions
• Experience in Oracle Financials
• Keen attention to detail

Logistics
• Knowledge of Supply Chain process
• Knowledge of Inventory process

Domain Expertise:

• Knowledge of Projects processes including planning, scheduling,
warranty and invoicing
• Knowledge of Voice Portal application helpful

Secondary Skill sets required:
• Service Industry experience Strong managerial, planning and
organizing skills
• Ability to read, write and understand communications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
• 3-5 years experience in Siebel implementation
• Team player
