The .Net Developers Qualification Requirements
The .Net Developer consultants will be able to work under the direction and leadership of the .Net Architect, Agency CIO, and Chief Enterprise Technology Manager, and IT business personnel to design, development, and maintain deployments of .NET solutions within the OITS Microsoft server environment.
The consultant will have:
· Minimum 5 years experience with C# and the .Net environment
· Experience using MVC pattern implemented in ASP.NET 3.5, using Visual Studio 2008.
· Expert using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) web service in .NET 3.5 using Visual Studio 2008 and the Web Services Software Factory Modeling Edition
· Expert with
· Experience creating and implementing jQuery, JavaScript and Web Services
· Experience using
· Experience writing unit tests (nMock 2 preferred)
· Experience in SCRUM methodology
· Documentation of code and UI development
· Experience using Windows Visual Studio .Net 2008
· Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve software problems
· Work with Agency and enterprise standards
· Demonstrate strong commitment to the principles of trust, teamwork and collaboration
· Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills; excellence in cross-group collaboration; ability to deal with ambiguity; strong drive for results
