Urgent Need Of SAP BASIS Security Administrator -- Phoenix, AZ -- START ASAP

Job Title: SAP BASIS Security Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Start date is ASAP.

Required skills include:
Excellent technical skills and interpersonal skills
SAP Basis 4.7, SAP Basis 6.0, and extensive upgrade experience from 4.7 to 6.0
Expert and Detailed knowledge of SAP R/3 Security Administration & Controls concepts
Broad understanding of SAP R/3 functionality
Good understanding of SAP R/3 BASIS functions
Experience in the administration of SAP ITS security including but not limited to user and role based security implementations and knowledge of best practice scenarios as it relates to each of these types of configurations
Experience of Quality Management Systems
Provide on-call support for a production system including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Preferred skills include:
A strong presence in the functional security arena
Pubic sector experience
Multiple instances of upgrade experience
Someone who can recommend improvements (best practices) if necessary, based on their experience
IXOS experience   
Client prefers candidates who have worked in most engagements for 1 year or longer.

OVERVIEW:
They are upgrading from SAP Basis 4.7 to 6.0, so the candidate has to have experience doing that upgrade, in addition to all the other details below.
SAP Security Administrator: provides expertise in all aspects of SAPs Basis, the middleware consisting of programs and tools for configuring and performing the administration of an SAP environment.  Including aspects such as installation and upgrades associated with the SAP environment, perform daily Incident Management, perform daily Problem Management, be on call for troubleshooting issues. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Maintain and administer the SAP Security environment. Work with IT specialists, developers, analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), end users, and other resources to ensure that they are aware of the capabilities of Basis, and correspondingly adopt Basis appropriately to meet technical and business needs. Expert and Detailed knowledge of SAP R/3 Security Administration & Controls concepts. Able to work in a cross functional team environment. Broad understanding of SAP R/3 functionality. Good understanding of SAP R/3 BASIS functions. Experience in the administration of SAP ITS security including but not limited to user and role based security implementations and knowledge of best practice scenarios as it relates to each of these types of configurations. Experience of Quality Management Systems. Provide on-call support for a production system including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Some additional preferences, after talking to the current support team:  We would prefer a strong presence in the functional security arena, pubic sector experience, multiple instances of upgrade experience, and someone who can recommend improvements(best practices)  if necessary, based on their experience.
An extra special skill would be if this person also had IXOS experience, our existing security admin also handles IXOS.  I realize we may have to look for a separate resource for this, but thought I would ask.
I will have the existing SAP BASIS/NetWeaver team interview the applicant, which will make it a in depth experience for whomever you submit.
