JOB FUNCTIONS : Tibco Business Process Modeler

*Facilitate the business process modeling activities for project teams of business and IT including leading scheduled modeling sessions when needed
*Validate and capture information required to model the business
*Enhance the initial model with implementation details so that it can execute in the Tibco iProcess engine
*Manage and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with customers and teammates
*Maintain and adhere to modeling standards and guidelines Skills and Experience Required Experience with business process modeling and related tools

 

Experience in business process design techniques to design both future and current processes and workflows Ability to draw and deliver organized and logically represented process diagrams Fluent in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Collaboration and teamwork Effective negotiation and facilitation skills Iterative Project Management and SDLC using Use Cases Organizational and time management Initiative and ability to work independently Service Oriented Architecture

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS

Nice to Have Experience with Tibco iProcess Suite XSL Data Modeling Understanding of Application Integration Techniques
