Strong hands on with Java, J2EE, Web services, JSP, Java Patterns
Strong hold on Core Java/J2EE   (Core Java knowledge is very important and is the primary skill required)
In depth knowledge in analysis and design
Development experience in PL/SQL and stored procedures
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Good communication skills  
Experience in Spring, Hibernate is good to have
