Title: Sr Java Developer

LOCATION: Windsor, CT

Duration: 6+ months

Senior Software Developer

Provides technical support for custom implemented using Java.

Provides technical support for packaged applications.

Design, develop, document and test the software application using current set of standards and methodologies.

Evaluate, analyze and provide system solutions.

Ensure that established procedures and standards for implementations are followed and coordinate changes with other support staff

Required Skills:

    Around 9-10 years experience in designing software using Java and J2EE.

   Strong experience in JAVA and JDBC knowledge. Desktop Java application knowledge is a plus.

    PERL and Shell Scripting technologies is a plus

    Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal and Jasper reports.

    Proficiency in relational database design & SQL programming within Oracle.

    Very strong technical troubleshooting & team/relationship building skills.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
