Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Des Moines,IA
Duration: 6+ Month contract

Overview:
Works to understand client business functions and requirements, develops alternate solutions to meet those requirements and, when required, manages a small project team to implement client chosen solutions that require Information Systems expertise. Provide current system knowledge to a project team during all phases of a project.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in: MIS, CIS, Liberal Arts, Business, Economics, Marketing; or Health Care designation directed towards health care or insurance; or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of relatable experience:
Technical business analysis.
General knowledge of development methodologies.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of high level project methodologies.
Knowledge and understanding of business dynamics.
Ability to see a task through to completion independently or as a team member.
Analytical problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to produce results.
General PC knowledge.
Exceptional internal and external service.
Valid driver's license.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of health care, managed care and health insurance.
