Technical architect  - Locals Preferred

Location:Mountainview,CA ( Face 2 Face Required )

Duration:6+ Months

Ø     

         Should have worked as an architect for high transaction and performance critical application.

Ø      Should have worked/design on SOA/ EAI/EAB architecture based application.

Ø      Should understand the factors involved in taking architectural decision like performance, maintainability, security etc.

Ø      Should have hands on experience on Spring, Web services and any ORM tool like hibernate, openJPA.

Ø      Should have good understanding of java and J2EE design pattern.

Ø      Experience on Apache wicket, velocity, ehcahce, oracle coherence  and ingrain will be an advantage.

Ø      Experience on Omniture and tealeaf will be an advantage.

Ø      Experience on oracle streaming is an advantage.

Ø      Experience on eCommerce implementation will be an advantage.

Ø      Should be able to participate/ create high level design.

Ø      Should be able to do high level effort estimation using scientific methods.

Ø      Should be able to defend the technical decision and drive the teams to one solution.

Ø      Experience on onsite offshore modal is an advantage.

 

Ø      Interpersonal Competencies:
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on a regular basis
• Ability to lead effectively without directly managing resources.
• Ability to work with both executive management and line engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence resources at all levels
• Ability to work in fast pace and sometimes stressful environment.
• Attention to detail and follow through on issues

·         Prefer to see resume with expertise in ecommerce background ( this is not a mandate)
