JD:

 

8+ Years of Experience in Oracle HRMS and related areas especially in the following modules: "Human Capital Management, Compensation Workbench, Learning Management OLM, Employee  Self Service, Manager Self Service"
Should have done high end consulting assignments
Experience in Oracle R12
Ability to conduct workshops, develop questionnaire and templates, gather information, provide solutions and strategy for Oracle R12
