Location: Seattle, WA (Local candidates would be preferred)

Looking for a BA with Peoplesoft exp

 

Here is what I do know:

Responsibilities of this position include:

• PeopleSoft interfaces - billing, fixed assets

• Billing charge/distribution code maintenance

• Security - PeopleSoft, Crystal Enterprise

• Purchasing and reporting authorization maintenance

• Password changes

• End-user support & training

• System/Workflow issue analysis/resolution

• PeopleSoft configuration maintenance

• Crystal report development/maintenance

• Query development/maintenance - SQL, PeopleSoft Query

• Kaufman Hall system maintenance, report development/maintenance

• System upgrades - PeopleSoft, Crystal Enterprise, Kaufman Hall

• System testing - test scenarios, scripts

• System enhancements

 

Duties:

• Perform operating and maintenance functions in the PeopleSoft financials environment, including user training and support, user maintenance and security, maintenance of system configuration, and processing of routine billing interfaces.

• Provide departmental invoicing implementation support and maintenance.

• Manage financial system upgrades.

• Develop transfer price reporting and analysis.

• Support Kaufman Hall Budget Advisor system implementation.

• Develop and document financial systems procedures.

• Transition user training and support role for PeopleSoft financials to the Accounting Specialist and Intermediate Accountant as backup.
