Position Open For SAS Programmer with K-12 in Baltimore, MD.

SAS Programmer with K-12
Location:Baltimore, MD.
Duration: 6 - 12 months
IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TELEPHONIC ROUND!!!!

 

The SAS Programmer Analyst will be responsible for programming subject profiles in support of research data management, and analytic requirements for the project. This is to include database programming, programming for standard report generation, data manipulation, extraction and export.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Provide programming support to generate subject profiles from multiple sources of data. 
2. Coordinate and program,using the SAS programming language.3-5 years SAS programming experience in a research environment.
3. Assist Principal Investigators and Scientists in retrieving and incorporating information from multiple data sources using SAS, SQL or other query tools.
4. Review:
• Data management plans
• Standard operating procedures
• Case report forms and case report form annotation
• Other department and protocol related documentation
5. Provide written documentation to include description of pertinent data sets, formats, and structures.  Insure that data sets are complete and correct.
6. Adheres to a policy of strict confidentiality concerning all documents, data, and information maintained within the department.
7. Adheres to department Standard Operating Procedures for all data management responsibilities.
8. Performs other duties as required.
9. K-12 experience is also required

 

Education/Training Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited college, or equivalent experience, with a concentration in statistics, computer science, or a related research field.
