Job Description :

·         Expert on Cisco Call Manager or CCVP or IP Telephony specialization. 

·         At least 5 years experience with IP Voice and/or Network engineering and support. 

·         Cisco Call Manager version 3.0-8.0 design and implementations. 

·         Cisco Unity design and implementations 

·         Legacy PBX Experience. 

·         Strong troubleshooting skills. 

·         Networking, Video Conference and Proxy experience a plus. 

·         Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. 

·         Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
