The skilled Business Analyst who meets the qualifications identified below must assist the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team successfully complete the tasks necessary for delivering the Extended Identity and Access Management (XIAM) project

 

Required Skills

·         6 years experience Documentation of business and functional requirements across multiple projects.

·         4 years experience Business process definition, documentation and reengineering.

·         4 years experience Functional testing including reviewing test plans, compiling results and supporting test users.

·         4 years experience Preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.

·         4 years experience Organizing and leading meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.

 

Desired

·         6 years experience Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.

·         2 years experience Supporting IT application development efforts.

·         2 years experience Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs

·         Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
