Basically I need a Java Developer with .NET/C# experience.
Locations: Philadelphia PA, West Chester PA or Mount Laurel NJ.

Rate: $10,000-9000/month

Duration: 6 months

I can probably get it done with just a phone screen.

The primary focus of this position will be development and maintenance of Sales related applications using Java (70%) and .NET (30%) technologies. This position will have responsibility for the development and maintenance of mobile application on various platforms such as blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android Platform, etc.

Experience
5-10+ yrs. experience in Java and .NET.
1+ yrs. experience developing mobile applications.
5+ yrs. experience in developing SOA services, Process Layers, Middle Tier, and Data Access Layers.
3+ yrs. experience with any ORM.
3+ yrs. experience developing web applications
3+ yrs experience with CSS, JavaScript and Ajax
3+ yrs experience with TDD
3+ yrs experience with Oracle or SQL Server development.
3+ year experience with web services (SOAP or REST), service based development, XML/XSD
Must be a team player.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Major Duties
Design and Develop Java based Process Layer, SOA based Services Layer and Data Access Layer in Cable/Telecom BSS environment.
Design and Develop enterprise applications using agile methodology.
Develop detailed designs using Object-Oriented Methodology.

Develop Java Components for the mobile devices, as well as enterprise service and process layer

Develop .Net Components for the mobile devices, as well as enterprise service and process layer
Create database objects to support components.
Write Unit Test Cases
Utilize COTs and open source technologies
Support testing efforts
Support documentation efforts.
Understand and consume application requirements and use cases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Mentor Junior Developers
