Wireless Network Engineer (several openings)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration: 7 months + (at least through the end of 2011)

Rate: C2C depending on yrs of experience

 

About the Opportunity:

Experienced Wireless Network Engineers needed to join a wireless infrastructure initiative currently underway within our Southwest practice.  We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of wireless and wired network designs and implementations in enterprise environments.

 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

•             Comprehension of basic networking concepts including LAN and WAN design principles, routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, spanning-tree, including 802.1x.

•             Ability to methodically troubleshoot basic network concepts including routing and switching issues.

•             Experience with Cisco 5K and 7K switches.

•             Experience with Cisco wireless controllers and LWAPs.

•             WCS.

•             Site Surveys – Airmagnet experience is a plus!.

•             Excellent written communications skills.
