Location: REDMOND, WA

Preferred Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years of industry experience either within wireless, software development, or high tech industry.
· At least 2 years experience in product development, product management, or technical project management, including proven experience in large scale requirements definition, project management, and test design/execution.
· Good technical understanding of messaging systems, delivery alternatives, and IT core systems.
· At least 2 years experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
· Proven ability to create and lead cross-functional teams involving engineering, customer care, operational support and testing.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
· Proven organization and process development skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to all levels within the organization.
· Demonstrated fluency with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Power Point.
· Bachelor’s level degree/MBA a strong plus. PMP certification a strong plus
