Additional skills preferred:

· Able to assess and make recommendation regarding the technical design of the site with regard to both the front-end and back-end.

Some specific activities and capabilities required beyond the front-end web development would include:

· The ability to integrate data and functionality from a third party partner via web services.

· The ability to build a simple search capability for the site based on a list of job positions that we have and present the results with a variety of sorting options.

· Ability to build dynamically generated web pages.

· Ability to push data out to our Twitter or Facebook pages.
