Job Title: SAP CRM Architect
Skill Set : SAP CRM, SAP SD
Duration : 6 - 18 months
Location: Toledo ,OH

Job Description:
Mandatory skill areas:
1) SAP CRM 7.0 Sales along with SAP SD
2) SAP CRM Middleware
3) At least 4 years experience in designing and implementing SAP CRM
2007 or higher
4) At least 4 years experience not overlapping with (3) in designing
and implementing SAP SD
5) Experience in leading project teams

Desirable skill areas:
1) Implementation experience in Manufacturing and/or Retail sectors
2) Certification in SAP CRM and in SAP SD

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for:
1) Interacting with customers for identifying and analyzing
requirements in SAP CRM to provide appropriate solutions
2) Planning the delivery of such solutions and to estimate the effort
related to such solutions
3) Modeling, development, and enhancement of SAP CRM business
scenarios in the following focus areas:
Sales: Order management, pricing, Sales Planning and Forecasting,
Sales Performance Management, Territory Management, Opportunity &
Contact Management, Incentive & Commissions
4) Integration of all technical aspects of CRM environment with ECC
6.0, SCM DP, SCM APO, SCM GATP, SAP PI, SAP BI and SCM TM 8.0
5) Providing direction and resolution options for technical and
integration related issues.
6) Leading all integration working sessions, reviews and signoffs of
technical solution.
7) Project management of the CRM implementation in a onsite-offshore
delivery model

Key Result Areas:
1) Overall performance of the SAP CRM solution
2) Timely delivery of business blueprinting, functional
specifications, configuration, testing and training.
3) Thought leadership in achieving customer experience transformation
using SAP CRM.
