Job Description:

Technical Skills - C#, Microsoft technologies, Lotus Notes,
PeopleSoft, etc. in order of priority

• Be familiar with client side web development languages such as HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML
• Expertise with wireframes, usability, prototyping,
UI
• Background in user-interface design, human factors engineering and
software development
• Expertise with task analysis, task flows and design
documentation
• Knowledge of user-centered design
techniques
• Experience with preparing testing plans, planning for and conducting
usability evaluations using a variety of techniques, and distilling
and presenting results
• Experience managing project tasks with Microsoft Project
• Identifying, prioritizing, and tracking usability issues and making
design recommendations
• Ability to use data to argue for improvements to the customer
experience

Soft Skills (including but not limited to Written, Verbal and
Presentation skills)
• Strong and proven management and planning skills - with ability to
focus on details
• Work efficiently while coordinating multiple tasks with different
priorities
• Adaptable, fast learner, and open to working on a variety of
projects
• Able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels
Strong
• Able to establish and implement common processes among a diverse
group
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage issue and risks
