Note:- Look for senior J2EE profiles & someone who has PM experience in addition to the tech skills in the JD. Simple admin profiles will not work.

• Websphere 7.x, Weblogic 10.x, JVM Performance Tuning, IBM heap analysis, ISA Tools. JRockit Mission Control Tool
• Shell scripting knowledge, python scripting, HTTP server Integration & SSL, WebSphere/ Weblogic Clustering & DR configuration, SSO and Siteminder
• XA Transactions, JMS, JTA
• Unix : File systems, security, networks, System performance, SAN, NAS, SRDF
• High Availability : Unix Clustering, load balancing and Virtual IPs
• Databases : Oracle v10, Sybase, SQL Server
• Job Scheduler : Autosys
• MS project, Excel, Power Points - Should be proficient
• IT Methodology : ITIL, AIM
• Information Security & Audit for Websphere
Duration : 1 yr +
