Hyperion Architect

ason for position: Resolve current issues with Hyperion development

Duration: 6+ months likely possibility of extension

Location: St. Louis, MO

 

Individual should possess the following qualifications:
* A number of years as a solutions architect closely working with business personnel

* Know and or be comfortable with the ESSCMD Essbase command line utility as this is where you administer the Essbase system and its security for data integration
* Hyperion Workspace and Shared Service experience
* Java Heap and performance tuning experience
* Hyperion Desktop integration
* Essbase troubleshooting (Start /Stop sequencing to prevent data corruption)
* Database experience (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL...)
* Hyperion architecture best practices
* Scripting languages(depending on the OS) can be very helpful to know in order to better support the starting and stopping of Hyperion services because the start and stop sequence will impact the functionality of the Hyperion tools
* Knowledge of the OS level support for where Hyperion is hosted from
* Knowledge of how to work with Weblogic or other app server systems (JBOSS, Websphere...)
