Job Description:
For Manual Testing - PeopleSoft with Databse skills (Sr. Tester) position: Technical Skills: - Excellent T-SQL or PL/SQL and database testing experience - Strong understanding of Database architecture /design - Exposure to store procedures - Identify, Debug and clearly articulate defects from database programs - Excellent Data validation Strategies - Strong conceptual knowledge of DW (Data warehousing) - Experience and Functional Knowledge in PS HRMS with core HR module is must - Knowledge of SSIS Packages is a plus - Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 is plus - Knowledge of PeopleSoft App Designer must

Roles & Responsibilities: - Past Test Lead Experience - Knowledgeable of Project Management practices like project planning, integrated project control, risk management and quality management. - Excellent test plan and documentation skills - Define testing scope, approach, risks, assumptions and dependencies - Report and communicate test status and metrics to project stakeholders. - Excellent problem solving and debugging skills - Experience on different software development methodologies - Work independently, Effectively communicate testing status to management. - Coordinating with Onsite / Offshore team - Experience in managing multi-location teams - Experience using industry-standard test tools ( HP s Quality Center / QTP preferred)
