Administration capabilities
Apply the principles of the stated technology to assist with design, development, testing, and evaluation of the associated applications and systems that allow for enhanced reporting of the contact center and customer. Design, develop and tests applications along with incorporating Interactive response technology to ensure optimal intelligent routing for enhanced communications while traversing the LAN/WAN networks. The secondary need would incorporate knowledge around
Verints voice recording technologies while incorporating administrative capabilities as well as documentation.
