Position: SAP CRM consultants (Lead roles)

Location: KY

Duration: 6 Months

                           

For the CRM Functional Consultant -

• CRM functionality deployment end to end knowledge with ECC as the back end.
• Should be well versed with CRM contracts and its use in any of the sale scenarios in ECC.
• All master data management that is required in CRM with MDM integration.
• Should have deep knowledge with sales functionality of serialized components driven off CRM
• Should have deep knowledge of Install Base and equipment record integration for CRM and Sales & Distribution to work in tandem.
• Should have a very good knowledge and understanding of all the integration points of the data flow from CRM to ECC, especially that of Finace and COPA.
• Knowledge of CRM deployment in the implementation of Convergent Charging and Invoicing tool of SAP would be an added advantage for the right candidate.
