PeopleSoft Architect
Location: Gainsboro, VA
Duration: 6 month contract (possible CTH opportunity)

We need a PeopleSoft Architect for our direct client in VA. The ideal candidate will have PS FSCM & HCM experience. Must be able to support & enhance client's PS architecture, and possess technical & functional PS skills.
Job Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the right candidate must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• S/he will have demonstrated PeopleSoft ERP functional / technical implementation/architecture expertise in a large, complex environment (v9.1 of HCM and FSCM).
• S/he will maintain a holistic view of product implementation process, ensuring that solutions are sound, appropriate and cost-justified, the components integrate properly, and all domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed (Business).
• S/he will have demonstrated expertise of PeopleSoft development tools, integration methods and related technologies.
• S/he will orchestrate the design and delivery of complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level (Business).
• S/he will provide IT/Business leadership with strategic advice including product features, vendor recommendations and future direction of technology.
• S/he will maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies that are new to company, clients, or the information technology industry as they relate to package-based application implementations (Technical).
• S/he will play a lead role in influencing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in area of responsibility and beyond (Relationship Management).
