Role: Hyperion/Essbase Senior Developer

No. of Openings: 1

Location: Arlington, VA

Duration: 3 months with a good chance of extension

 

Skills:

·         Preferably a Hyperion Planning 9.3 Applications Administrator Certified Expert + Hyperion Essbase 9.3 Developer Certified Expert

·         At least 5 years hands-on development, support and administration experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase

·         At least two full lifecycle implementations of Planning or Essbase applications using formal implementation methodology

·         Good understanding of Hyperion - Oracle ERP integrations

·         Develop, troubleshoot and maintain - running of calculations, business rules, form development, scripts, backup processes and automation

·         Work with Business Users and gather/document requirements.

·         Plan UAT and end-user support.

·         Deploy enterprise Hyperion Essbase applications to meet ad hoc analysis and reporting needs:

·         Lead the development and implementation of enhancements: new cubes, reports, tools and processes

·         Modify existing Hyperion Essbase applications to meet ongoing and future business requirements

·         Develop automated data transfer and load processes

·         Document and evaluate all database structures, design concepts and process flows and recommend improvements
