Resource would be focusing more on VB6 & VB.Net Production Support of Legacy Apps, and also be able to do some light SharePoint Admin work

Skills Break Down:

Key Skills:

VB6, VB.net, ASP.net, Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2005 or higher, stored procedures and triggers, database design/administration

Additional skills ( Preferred but not required) 

Sharepoint 2010 Installation / Administration

Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS 3.0) Architecture

Sharepoint 2010 Development – workflows, forms, sites, controls, web parts

Sharepoint 2010 backup and recovery

Sharepoint Security

Proficiencies:

File Manipulation, EDI, SSIS, file processing (able to read and write various file formats), Java, HTML, XML
