Core Candidate Competencies
* 6-8+ years experience with IT Software Development
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware development and architecture
* Strong development experience in BPEL, ESB, OWSM, BAM
* Ability to design, develop and understand complex software architecture and effectively communicate with team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently setting objectives and performance goals
Preferred Level of Formal Education
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, etc) from an accredited university. Masters degree is a plus
Preferred experience level
6-8 years of overall technical professional experience. 3+ years working specifically in areas outlined by the core technical competencies listed for this position.
