Job title : QA
Location : King of Prussia, PA.
Duration : 6 months

Interview type : Phone+SKYPE Interview  

Note : Selenium required.

 Looking for people that could be called the following titles:

 Automation Engineers

Sr. Automation Engineers

Test Developers

Sr. Test Developers

Test Architects

 These are all the same thing, just different titles. Need selenium and have to be able to develop scripts for selenium.

 So describing a QA Tester or Automation Engineer:

GSI uses the Agile methodology and in agile people can perform different task on  a daily basis.

-          This person should definitely have a Computer Science / Engineering background .

-          They should essentially be a Jr. Level developer and should know what Version Control is

-          They use Selenium – Normally when you use QTP then you have to use VBscript. When you use SELENIUM you can use Perl, VB.net, whatever. SELENIUM IS VERY IMPORTANT

 This person should definitely be able to DEFECT TRACKING TOOL? Bugzilla?

They have to be able to write some type of language
