Role: Sr. Database Developer

 

Location: Houston, TX

 

Duration: 1+ year assignment

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related (will accept 3- or 4-year bachelor's degree) and 5 years of experience involving all phases of enterprise database design and development, including Oracle and MS SQL 2005/2008. Experience must include:

* 4 years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008

* 3 years of experience with T-SQL, writing stored procedures, triggers, and user defined functions, debugging applications, optimizing Oracle and SQL, database design and data modeling

* 2 years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)

* Demonstrated expert at database schema logical and physical design in an enterprise environment.

* Proven analytical skills interpreting and implementing business and functional requirements.

* Experience working with XML.

* 3 years C# development experience;

* Experience troubleshooting enterprise scale Oracle and SQL Server databases and applications.
