Required skills:
§ 3-5+ years experience performing complex analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
§ 3-5+ years experience performing as a technical resource or developer for a large team
§ Java development with RAD / Eclipse
§ Web Services development skills
§ Knowledge of pattern-based, object-oriented development (sp., MVC)
§ Experience with ORM and DI frameworks, specifically Spring / Hibernate
§ Understanding of the JSR-168 specification
§ XML
§ Unified Modeling Language (UML)
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills
