Interview Type: Phone Hire

Required Skills:
- Strong client-side coding skills and experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Knowledge of Web Standards (W3C), best practices, and cross browser issues
- Very Strong JQuery Experience including:
- Applying OOP principles to JQuery development
- Performance Optimization
- Building complex DHTML interfaces
- AJAX
- Heavy modification of plugins or creating new plugins from scratch
- Refactoring existing code to improve readability, code reuse, performance, and maintainability

Preferred Extras:
- Web Accessibility
- Graphics production
- .Net (Especially with MVC)
