Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6-12months

 

Job holder will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of the Define, Design, Development and Implementation activities for the Treasury Management project which is planned for release in late 2012. The project's focus will be to optimize routine cash management activities through automation primarily in SAP and produce an overall view of the company's cash position on a timely basis. It will also allow for common processes and systems to effectively manage liquidity, account structures and cash management across our global organization. The candidate must be an experienced Project Manager that has planned and executed medium-to-large projects with some SAP background and preferably Treasury experience. This position will be responsible for working with project team members to determine the activities that need to occur during the project's life cycle, documenting and sequencing the activities, and coordinating the execution of the activities. Coordination will also need to occur with the Release Manager to determine interdependencies with other projects.

 

The Project Manager is responsible for:

•Defining the project organization and roles

•Defining the project work plan with tasks, deliverables and resource assignments and then executing to that plan

•Defining the project test approach and plan

•Capturing issues and ensuring they are brought to timely resolution

•Identifying risks and developing mitigation plans for them

•Developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success

•Communicating both written and oral status reports

•Identifying dependencies and coordinating work efforts between this project and the overall SAP Release

•Defining the implementation plan of the project with detailed cutover steps

•Participating in Project Go/No Go criteria definition and the ultimate Go/No Go Decision Process itself

•Ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget
