- 5+ years hands-on experience a must. 
- Demonstrated experience managing Oracle 10g and 11i OLTP databases in support of highly available ecommerce applications 
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously including production support as needed. 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- Demonstrated experience with data modeling 
- Demonstrated expertise with PL/SQL and writing/optimizing stored procedures
